Horizons Mental Health Center

Description:

People, problems and situations all differ, and so do ways of dealing with them. Horizons staff provide individual, family and group therapy, medication management, substance use treatment, case management, psychosocial rehabilitation (individual and group), peer support, targeted case management, respite care, parent support, attendant care, psychological testing, supported employment and 24 hour crisis services. We also provide community education and outreach.

Hours:

8 am - 7 pm Mon - Thurs, 8 am - 5 pm Fri.

Intake Process:

Our intakes can be provided same day - with no appointment needed - in our Reno County office (8 am on Thursdays in our Pratt office). Just come in whenever it is most convenient for you. M-T-W: 8 am - 4 pm, Th: 11 am-4:30 and F: 8 am - 2:30 pm.

Program Fees:

We serve all people regardless of inability to pay. We accept insurance, Medicare, Medicare and private pay. Fees charged may be adjusted or reduced to comply with applicable regulations. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income.

Languages:

English is the primary language available however language assistance and services are available and are free of charge.
