Provide immediate intervention for Child in Need of Care and Juvenile Offenders. Promoting safety for youths and their families in a crisis situation. JIAS responds to law enforcement 24 hours a day, for Children In Need of Care & Juvenile Offenders. Intake provides: Emergency crisis counsel for youth & families; Referrals for the youth & family, Placement of youth, if needed & Diversion for 1st time offenders. In addition Juvenile Intake may offer drug & alcohol screening, evidence based classes, & conflict resolution.
