Provides basic needs assistance to low income and poverty level families and individuals on an emergency basis. Basic needs that may be provided are: food/commodities (by appointment), utilities, prescriptions/medical needs, clothing/work related items, transportation, baby items (diapers and formula), school supplies, fans in summer, burial plots or other needs that the family or individual has that cannot be met by other area agencies or programs.
