Provides OPERATION BACKPACK WEEKEND FOOD SACKS to students at all Oakland and North Topeka schools. Sacks are distributed on Fridays, or the day before a Holiday, to ensure children have food every day of the week. This program supplements the free and reduced price meals at school the students receive so they also have food on the weekends.
