Serving all of Cowley County using local leadership and local resources. We meet with our clients to determine their needs and develop goals with them that are attainable and self-directed. Our programs allow us to meet immediate needs, but also offer ongoing support and education. These programs are funded through the sale of donated items to our thrift-store, grants, and monetary donations from individuals, churches and civic organizations throughout our community and the surrounding area.
The Outreach Center located at 410 S. Summit Arkansas City, Kansas, provides ( New clothing and household Items from Walmart and the GIV warehouse), Back to School Supplies, Birthday in the box, Commodity Food program, Food pantry, Cowley County Santa's Kids, Medication Assistance, Rent and Utility assistance, Computer access center for employment searches, cooking with commodities class, assistance with getting an ID.

Hours:

Thrift Store: 10 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri, 10 am - 4 pm Sat.
Outreach Center: 10 am - 4 pm Mon - Fri by appointment only.
