Description:

Capper programs provide the opportunity for adults to enhance social skills and expand their experiences. Skill development, education, recreation, and leisure participation are key components of our Adult Day Services, striving to integrate individuals served in community settings.

We actively support individuals as they aim to remain in the community in a living arrangement of their choice. The services provided represent a partnership to create a safe, secure environment with the supports needed to experience a variety of opportunities and foster independence.

Hours:

8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri.

Eligibility:

Individuals must be age 18 or older with a diagnosed disability. Other eligibility requirements may apply.
