CancerCare is a national nonprofit organization that provides free, professional support services to anyone affected by cancer: people with cancer, caregivers, children, loved ones, and the bereaved. CancerCare programs--including counseling, support groups, Connect Education Workshops, publications and financial assistance with cancer-related costs such as transportation--are provided by professional oncology social workers and are completely free of charge. The CancerCare Co-Payment Assistance Foundation is available to assist with insurance co-payments related to cancer care. Limited financial assistance is available for pet care.
