We offer developmental screenings and evaluations, intervention and transition to preschool services to all to infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years old) with developmental delays and their families in the Riley County area.

8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri.
Eligibility
Eligibility criteria: A child demonstrates a 20% developmental delay in 2 or more developmental areas (Communication, Fine Motor, Gross Motor, Cognitive, Self-Help (dressing, potty training, feeding etc), or Adaptive) A Child demonstrates a 25% developmental delay in 1 developmental area. A child has a diagnosis that may affect learning. A child has multiple factors such as prematurity, spending more than 45 days in the NICU, low birth weight etc.

None.
Intake Procedure
Parents, friends, early childhood care providers, doctors may contact us via phone call, fax, or referral form from our website to express developmental concerns for a child. We will contact you within 2 days to get additional information. An early interventionist will contact you to schedule an evaluation to determine if your child meets criteria for early intervention supports.
