Additional Services: Job Skills Training; Housing; Community Education; Americans with Disabilities Act; and Youth Services. Independent Connection Inc. is a Center for Independent Living (CIL). Our mission is to eliminate barriers so all people have the right to make their own decisions and exercise control over their own lives. All people have the right to pursue success and take risks.
