Availability
Services are available to any child who is eligible. There is no waiting list.

8:30 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri.
Eligibility
Children birth to 3 years old, who have an auto-eligible diagnosis or an identified 25% developmental delay in one area or 20% delay in 2 or more areas.
Fees
Services are at no cost to families
Intake Procedure
Call office to make a referral and a provider will call you to schedule a time to complete an evaluation.
Languages
All providers speak English as their native language. Interpreters can be contracted if a family has a different native language.
