Services and Programs include: Financial Management Services for the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waiver Programs, Payroll Agent for Senior Care Act, Advocacy, Peer Counseling, Transition Services: Deinstitutionalization and Youth Transition, Independent Living Skills Training, Information and Referral, iKan-RCIL (blind and low vision services), Build-A-Ramp Program, Braille Translation Services, Durable Medical Equipment Loan Program.
