DBSA is a peer-run support group that offers hope, help, and support for individuals living with mood disorders (e.g. Depression and Bipolar) and their loved ones. Meets from 6:30-8 pm Thursdays (call first to determine if virtual or in-person) participants share experiences, discuss coping skills, and offer hope to one another in a safe and positive environment.
