7:30 am - 6 pm Mon - Thurs, 7:30 am - 5 pm Fri.

Eligibility

Clients must be under 18 years of age.

Fees

FSGC accepts all insurance, including KanCare. A sliding fee scale is also available.

Intake Procedure

Call 785.232.5005 and ask to speak to Admissions. An Admissions Coordinator will tell you everything you need to do and will answer all your questions.
