Individuals seeking services funded by federal block grant resources must provide residency and income documentation.
Eligibility
Female, 18 years of age of older, meeting the assessment criteria for placement in social detox, Residential, Reintegration, Intensive Outpatient, or Outpatient services.
Fees
Sliding Scale fee based on income, if outside the funding guidelines for Block Grant (AAPS) or Medicaid subsidized treatment.
Intake Procedure
Must be assessed as meeting medical necessity criteria for the appropriate level of care as defined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. guidelines. Assessment can be completed at facility, a Regional Alcohol and Drug Abuse Assessment Center or other licensed addiction provider..
