Adolescents and adults, male or female, meeting the assessment criteria for placement in Intensive Outpatient or Outpatient services.
Fees
Sliding Scale fee, based on income if outside the funding guidelines for Block Grant or Medicaid subsidized treatment.
Intake Procedure
Based on American Society of Addiction Medicine guidelines. Assessment can be completed at office.
