Individual/head of household or his/her spouse must be a US veteran who served in active military, naval, or air service and discharged or released under conditions other then dishonorable. Must fall below 50% of Area Median Income for their location. Must be a at risk of becoming homeless OR currently homeless. Must reside in Kansas.
