Eligibility
To qualify for the car seat program must have one of the following: KanCare, WIC, Vision, or Farm Workers Health Care program. Person must have their own vehicle and a valid drivers license.
Fees
$20 donation request for a car seat.
Intake Procedure
Call for an appointment.
