Hosts monthly Harvey County Resource Council noon meetings on 1st Thursdays.

Intake Procedure

All Kansas residents may apply for a NPL card at the Library with current government photo ID and proof of residency. A parent or legal guardian registers minors under 18 years of age. Teacher cards for classroom use with longer check-out times are available. Out-of-state students in the area may also apply for free NPL cards. During pandemic, send request for NPL card to library@newtonplks.org or call 316-283-2890.
