Assessment with substance dependence diagnosis, female, meets criteria for residential level of care.
Fees
Block Grant provider up to 200% of federal poverty (no charge).
Intake Procedure
Contact 316-303-9520 for intake. Referring agencies must send an assessment prior to admittance.
