If you think you or a loved one would benefit from palliative care, speak with your doctor about sending a referral to Midland Palliative Care.
Palliative Care is supportive care that provides a !whole person! approach to care. We work alongside your current healthcare providers as you live with a serious medical condition. We use a team approach to patient care that is primarily provided by nurse practitioners, physicians, nurses, and social workers. We focus on enhancing quality of life so patients and their families can live life to the fullest each day.
We help patients at any stage of their disease process. While many of our patients desire to decrease their hospitalizations or stop treatments, that is not a requirement for receiving palliative care. Many of our patients want to continue aggressive or curative care. We are here to support your goals for your health.
