Eligibility
Applicants living in Sedgwick County must qualify based on income; must be aged 18 or older or have proof of emancipation, or be a member of the applying household. A household may apply to either Operation Holiday or Angel Tree/Star of Hope, but not both.

Intake Procedure
Applications may be filled out online November 1-30 online. Will be asked to input/provide: personal ID, the social security card of every member of the household (if younger than 14 years a birth certificate or school immunization record will be accepted), proof of address, and proof of income. http://www.operationholiday.org
