A Medicare certified and State licensed not-for-profit agency. Hospice provides interdisciplinary hospice services to terminally ill persons of all ages and their families; provides grief and loss education, counseling and support to anyone in the service area with a need. The Hospice team is composed of the patient's doctor, the Hospice medical director, nurses, home health aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers.

8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri; on-call after hours by calling 785-452-7000 and asking for hospice nurse on call.
