Help is received in 3 Simple Steps:
1. Press the Medical Alert Device. You will be connected with the 24 hours per day/7 days a week, U.S. based monitoring center within moments.
2. Speak with an Emergency Operator. A highly-certified operator will assist you in determining which type of assistance is needed.
3. Receive Help 24 hrs. per day/7 days a week. Whether you need emergency services or an emergency contact, help will be on the way.

A Language line is available for non-English speaking individuals.

Eligibility
Any individual eligible. Does not require a doctor's prescription or request.
Fees
Fees for the PERS and Medication Dispensers are dependent upon the type of phone service and type of service the applicant wants. Fees range from $35.50-$50 per month.
Intake Procedure
Contact the office at 316-265-1700. Services will be explained, and information to begin services will be taken from contact. Once information is received a date and time will be established for installation in the home.
Languages
The Response Center for the personal emergency services has a language line that has over 150 languages that can be spoken depending upon the language preferred.
