Description:
Provide primary medical, dental and targeted behavioral health services to the entire community regardless of ability to pay. Not all services are provided at each location. Ancillary services include laboratory, diagnostic imaging (i.e., X-ray, CT scan, and DEXA scan), pharmacy, medication assistance program, certified federal insurance marketplace navigators, and transportation. In addition to the main clinic there are two satellite locations: Halstead (primary medical) and a second site in Newton (Dental).
Hours:
Main Clinic at 720 Medical Center Dr: 8 am - 5 pm Mon, Wed, Fri; 8 am - 7 pm Tues & Thurs. Dental at 215 S. Pine: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Thurs and 8 am - 12 Fri. Halstead Clinic at 126 N. Main: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri.
