Description:
Support adequate nutrition for pregnant/breastfeeding women and for children under the age of 5. Services include: Family, social, medical, nutritional assessment. Height, weight, hemoglobin assessment. WIC cards for qualifying applicants.
Hours:
9 am - 3 pm 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month.
Intake Process:
Eligibility is based on income. Come by or call the office to see if you qualify. You may also go to https://www.fns.usda.gov/wic to see if you qualify.

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides federal grants to states for supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age 5 who are found to be at nutritional risk.
