Low income families living in sub-standard conditions. Have a need for shelter, willingness to provide sweat equity, ability to repay mortgage, Franklin Co. resident for 6 months.
Fees
Down payment plus 'sweat equity'.
Intake Procedure
Written application, phone screening, home interview.
