Eligibility
Eligible patients will provide proof of income, living within 200% of the federal poverty guidelines, and without health insurance of any kind.
Fees
No charge for patient services. $5 donation appreciated at time of service, but no patient is turned away because of inability to pay.
Intake Procedure
Call clinic for a medical appointment. Must have proof of income.
