Foster Grandparents are persons 55 years of age or better who serve children with special needs. They serve in schools, day care centers, preschools, libraries and other child-care agencies. Benefits to those income eligible include a tax free stipend, paid training, annual leave, travel allowance, sick leave, paid holidays, accident and liability insurance.
