Description:
Family Promise empowers families with children in a housing crisis to achieve and maintain permanent housing. We offer several programs to address families' needs, including prevention services for families who are at risk of losing housing, diversion from shelter, safe shelter and meals for families who have no other options, and housing stabilization services to help families stabilize in their new housing. All programs include strength-based wrap-around case management and life skills classes.
