Providing information, resources, referrals, education, recreation, transportation, and social engagement activities for Douglas County's seniors and their loved ones.
Specific programs include *but are not limited to*:
Medicare counseling as a Senior Health Insurance Counseling for Kansas (SHICK) site,
ADA compliant transportation throughout the county on Senior Wheels,
Caregiver Support Group,
Emergency rent and utility assistance referrals,
Crisis navigation and referrals,
Legal clinic through a partnership with Kansas Legal Services,
Education on aging issues, including health,
Social and recreational engagement activities,
Many community partnerships to help seniors enjoy their best possible quality of life.

Hours:

Office and Center: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Mon - Fri.
Transportation on Senior Wheels: 7 am - 3:40 pm Mon - Fri.
