Male, Female and Adolescent, meeting the assessment criteria for admission to Intensive Outpatient or Outpatient services.
Fees
Sliding Scale fee, based on income if outside the funding guidelines for Block Grant or Medicaid subsidized treatment, accept most insurance plans.
Intake Procedure
Based on American Society of Addiction Medicine guidelines. Assessment can be completed at office or through the Heartland Regional Assessment Center.
