Required Documents
Kansas ID or Drivers License; Copy of each of the bills that you wish to participate in the program: electric, gas, water, waste water; Proof of income â either a tax return or a social security award letter for all residents in the house; Documentation for dependents under 18 living in the house: birth certificate and social security card.
Eligibility
1. Be a city resident (homeowner or renter) for electric, gas, and water credits and 2. Have a household income less than $34,450 and 3. Be 55 years or older OR be blind OR totally and permanently disabled OR have dependent children living at home under the age of 18.

None.

We will be accepting applications Wednesday & Thursday from 9 am â 3 pm. Funds refresh in February. Can take up to 90 days to process application and is not a promise to pay.
