While we are in a rural area, our community has most of the conveniences of a larger city and, more important, we provide housing that anyone can afford that is totally based on the household's income. No one pays over 30% of their income for rent here.

Fees
Rent is based on the household's gross income (30%) and most of the utilities are paid by the housing authority. There are no application fees or other fees.
Intake Procedure
Must fill out a housing application and submit with required supporting documents to our agency. It generally takes up to 30 days to process. Once we certify the applicant household is eligible, they are notified and placed on our waiting list. We fill all our vacancies from our waiting list.
