Problem gambler, family member, or concerned other.
Fees
We accept insurance from Aetna, BCBS, Beacon Health Options, Optum, Medicare, Medicaid, United Healthcare, and others. We accept EAP referrals, self-pay, and are approved to provide no-cost gambling counseling through the Problem Gambling and Other Addictions Fund.
