Eligibility
Married at least 3 years, 25 years or older, relatively infertile verified by a physician, and must practice their religion.
Fees
Formal application $300 (plus $75 each for over 2 people in the family), Family Assessment $750, Adoptive Placement $2,000 plus 8% of gross income (capped at $15,000 for total amount of fees).
Intake Procedure
Couples contact agency and assessment is done to see if they meet criteria.
