Harbor House provides confidential shelter, outreach, advocacy, support and compassion for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Harbor House serves women and men, and their dependent children. In-shelter services include counseling, advocacy, education and case management. Outreach services are provided to non-sheltered victims (male & female) including court support, emergency department response/advocacy, and services to low-income clients. The SAFE Project improves the safety and employability of domestic violence and sexual assault survivors who meet certain financial criteria.
