Description:
To provide food for homebound seniors in Butler County. For those not in the city limits of Andover, Augusta, Douglass, El Dorado, Leon, or Rose Hill, we offer Freezer meals (like TV dinners, only homemade). These are delivered weekly for $1.75 each. For those in El Dorado, Augusta and Andover, we offer grocery shopping at no cost except the cost of the groceries.
Hours:
8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri.
Intake Process:
An initial over-the-phone intake will be conducted to determine eligibility.
Program Fees:
Freezer Meals are $1.75 a meal. No cost for grocery shopping assistance.

Homebound people over 60 years of age and lacking in family or social supports who help with shopping.
