This program assists residents who make less than 80% of the area median income with critical repairs to their home. Homeowners that qualify for this program may receive assistance with larger-scale exterior repairs such as roof, gutter, siding, window, porch or walkway repairs. Health and Safety needs such as plumbing, heating, and electrical repairs. Projects can include Accessibility Modifications like a ramps, lever handles, or door modifications. Our program ranges from grant-funded, no cost options to no-interest loans. The purpose of this program is to help families maintain their homes and to keep the community thriving.
Hours:
8 am - 12 pm and 1 - 5 pm Mon - Fri (work may be done on Saturdays).
