Description:
To provide supervision of juveniles that have been charged with a misdemeanor offense and are referred to the program by the County Attorney's Office. Youth Court IIP is granted in order to give the juvenile a chance to avoid a criminal record if the program is completed successfully. Provide extra support to the family and assist the client with completing all of their conditions of Youth Court IIP and make referrals to community resources.

Eligibility
Any youth that has been charged with a first time misdemeanor offense and offered the Immediate Intervention Program as an alternative to the formal court system.
Fees
$50 youth court fee.
Intake Procedure
Occurs after first appearance in court.
