Individuals in need who are referred by referring professionals. Visit the website for more information.

Intake Procedure

Referring Professionals are directed to our website www.friendsofman.org to request an application on behalf of the applicant. Friends of Man only accepts applications from a referring professional. Applicants are to ask their referring professional (social worker, case manager, teacher, school counselor, minister, etc.) to contact Friends of Man on their behalf. Fully completed applications are processed promptly. Friends of Man pays the vendor directly for approved items, and does not provide funds to applicants. Vendors may not apply. Applications are submitted by email or U.S. mail, not fax.
