To provide primary care and immediate care services to all who are in need. We also have an Immediate Care that offers after hours care. Services include: primary care and immediate care office visits, vaccines, minor surgery procedures, hearing and vision tests, annual physicals, well child checks, sports physicals, removal of moles, skin tags and warts, cervical cancer screening, STD screens.
Hours:
Office hours: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Thurs; 8 am - 12 pm Fri. Immediate Care Hours: 8 am - 6:30 pm Mon-Thurs; 8 am - 5 pm Fri; 8 am - 12 pm Sat.
