Description:
The RHAD Program (Reducing Disabilities) provides information, referral, assistance, and coordination to people with Dementia, and how to serve people with the disease, and their caregivers. Within the Alzheimer!s program we will provide expert Dementia care training, techniques to promote mobility and balance, and in-home support for caregivers.
