Individuals are connected to medical and mental health resources, employment training, and housing assistance with the goal of reducing crisis and homelessness while building stability
Be Able offers free consulting for our neighbors. Modeled after a case management approach, we match neighbors with staff and/or volunteers with specific earned life experiences. Operating from a stance of love and non-judgment, our team is trained to listen first and then coach to empower a neighbor towards a solution.
