Bank On ICT is a coalition, lead by the United Way of the Plains, between financial institutions, community organizations and local government. We are working to improve the financial stability of unbanked and under banked residents by connecting them to Bank On National Account Standard certified products at local banks and credit unions. If you are using check cashers, payday lenders or pawn shops to get your money or have been turned down or turned away at a financial institution Bank On ICT and United Way can help you access a safe and affordable bank account.

Fees
Only $25 is needed to open an account. There is no minimum balance or overdraft fees.
