Eligibility
Because Villa Ro is operated as a HUD low-income housing authority, admission is based on three primary factors: Income, age and family composition. We welcome anyone 18 years of age or older to apply. Students must be able to verify they are living independent of financial assistance from their parents in order to be eligible for our apartments. Senior citizens and those with disabilities are given a preference on our waiting list as well as those who are working. Income limits are adjusted on an annual basis to reflect changes in the current income base for McPherson County.

Rent is based on income.
Intake Procedure
If you are interested in living in Villa Ro, simply download an application packet from the web site, write or call our office. Your application will be processed when it is received and if you are eligible, you will be placed on our waiting list in the order of the date and time we received your application materials.
