Description:
Provide assistance to qualified individuals and families who live at and below the poverty level in our USD 260 school district. With the help of the Derby community and surrounding communities, we provide individuals and families non-perishable food, vouchers for perishable food, and toys and gift cards to children up to the age of 18.
Hours:
You may apply online beginning November 1st. In-person registration Nov 7th from 12 - 5 pm, Nov 8th 10 am - 2 pm and Nov 9th 1 - 6 pm at Oaklawn Community Center. Nov 10th 1 - 7 pm at the Derby Schools Administrative Center.

Eligibility
Must be a resident of USD 260, be age 17 or older or be a member of the applying family or household.

None.
Intake Procedure
Applicants must bring proof of ID, proof of address, legal proof of Social Security numbers for every family member registering for assistance, birth date of all family members, proof of income for all members of the household for the past two month, and an active telephone number or telephone number where a message can be left.
