Applications and appointments are available online: www.evergy.com/evergycares . If client cannot go to the Evergy Connect Center during their available times, and/or does not have transportation, they can email their issues to WichitaConnect@evergy.com They will be doing zoom/virtual calls with customers outside of Wichita.
Hours:
9 am - 4 pm, Mon - Fri for appointments.
Intake Process:
Go to website at www.evergy.com/evergycares - where you can read requirements, and/or set an appointment. Need to bring most recent Evergy bill, verification of all income sources, and secondary proof of address (besides Evergy bill).
They can also to their location at 111 S Ellis St. Mon-Fri, 9 am -4 pm to receive assitance completing the application.
