Adult women and women with dependent children (adults 18 years to 65); up to 200% of federal poverty guidelines; ambulatory.
Fees
Block Grant provider up to 200% of federal poverty (no charge).
Intake Procedure
Drug and Alcohol Assessment. Self referral or professional referral.
