Description
The Foster Grandparent Program of Northeast Kansas is a volunteer program for individuals who are 55 years of age and older. Foster Grandparents tutor, mentor and provide guidance for children and youth with special and exceptional needs.

Individuals must be 55 years of age or older, and meet federal low-income guidelines.

None.
Intake Procedure
Call our office, complete and submit an application form, pass a National Service Criminal History Check and fingerprint check which we provide.
Service Area
We have the opportunity to serve in 12 counties within Northeast Kansas; Marshall, Nemaha, Brown, Doniphan, Pottawatomie, Jackson, Jefferson, Atchison, Shawnee, Douglas, Leavenworth, and Osage.
